1. Regarding Player Kill Mode: If you are attacked you may defend yourself. Also, if another player turns Player Kill mode on, or they have Red Name, they are fair game to kill. To protect the guild, Rank 6 and higher will be allowed to activate Player Kill mode anywhere. Below Rank 6 will be allowed to activate Player Kill mode while at Horizon Bridge only so long as the action does not cause Valuins to be embroiled in a guild war and you realize doing so is at your own risk, we may not come to back you up. Below Rank 6 cannot flag up elsewhere. Player killing to spare a friend who has fallen asleep in a dungeon party is acceptable at all ranks. It is expected that if you take part in this activity you will be clear of any wrath come siege or timed attack so it won't interfere. Finally, if someone is listed as KoS on alt+G or a direction to PKon is given by a coleader, it's allowed.
2. Your character, and all of your pets, must be completely overbread. If you joined Valuins after prematurely evolving that is ok, just completely overbreed everything else going forward. Belt pets of course are exempt.
3. We are here to help each other. Please help your guildmates however you can in the game. This is not just the responsibility of the higher members of the guild, but everyone. Check guild chat for players before shouting to fill your party, offer nice drops to the guild first at a favorable price, things like that.
4. Please refrain from any form of begging of guildmates. It's annoying, and not fair to those of us that have played the many hours to get where we are. If you do it, and you don't realize it, we will remind you ^^
5. Please keep foul language to a minimum on our forums and in our guild chat, Verbal abuse of other players will NOT be tolerated. Speaking poorly about other Valuins outside of a private conversation to them is not accepted either. This is not only for our own comfort level, but some of us have very young eyes watching our screens while we play.
6. We're accepting of main characters as well as alternate characters as long as they are at or over level 50 (over 60 as of November 1, 2009), referred by a standing member of Valuins, and not a spy for another guild. Spying is grounds for immediate expulsion, no proof will be shown or required in this case to protect the guild.
7. Expulsion from the guild is the sole decision of the coleaders. Reentry to the guild after an expulsion is also the sole decision of the coleaders.
